How to Distribute the Survey

There are multiple options for distributing your surveys to patients. The list below are the common methods of distribution. If you require any other methods (SMS, social media, etc), simply reach out.

SEND SURVEY VIA EMAIL

Simply place the survey link into the email and send away! Remember that all online surveys are password protected to ensure an extra layer of security and confidentiality, so when sending emails do not forget to provide the password.

COMPLETE VIA IPAD IN RECEPTION

Simply click on your Research Portal icon on your iPAD. This will launch your Patient Survey, and hand to the patient for completion. It’s that easy!
